Frilitenin
It opens its body up during windy thunder storms so it can fly up into the sky and feed on falling lightening. It is believed that it needs the energy from lightning in order to manifest itself in this world.

It is based on a Kasa-obake. It was inspired by an umbrella being blown away in the wind.
